Breast Lift Before & After Case 33

This healthy 39 year old woman had noted progressive change in her breast shape with increasing droop over time. She wished improvement in the shape and position, but wanted to avoid an implant. She underwent bilateral vertical mastopexy with a short transverse fold scar. The breast tissue in the lower breast was moved into the upper breast to improve the upper pole volume without an implant, giving her the look and improvement in shape she desired.
